This is my first trip to Bali, Indonesia when I was only 10 years old.
I bet everyone knows that there are a lot of temples in Bali. What is so special about the temple that I’m visiting was floating on the 1200 meters above the sea. Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is also known as a major Hindu Shaivite temple in Bali, Indonesia. The temple was located on the shores of Lake Bratan in the mountain near Bedugul. The Ulun Danu Beratan Temple was built in the year of 1633 which used for the ceremony of the Balinese water, as well as the dedication to the goddess of river and lake. I believed that this is where the Balinese would worship their almighty for strength for the soul of the people in order to achieve spiritual satisfaction. The word “Ulun Danu” means above the lake while the Lake Bratan stands as a significant part of the Ulun Danu Temple.
